Flowers In My Vase
Supplies I used:
4 1 1/2 inch wooden cubes
Paper Imagery Designs Images (sheets 721, 422, 445)
18 1 1/2 squares of pretty cardstock
sandpaper (I use a large emory board from the discount store)
lace (6 pieces about 5 inches long)
paper typewriter key letters
strong glue (e-6000)
Distress Ink in Tea Dye
fresh cut flowers (artificial will work of course)
Here's how you can make your own....
Cover wooden cubes with pretty cardstock and images from Paper Imagery Designs. Sand edges of the images on the cubes. Lightly ink all edges of the cubes. Add L O V E Circle Letters. Start with the bottom cube glue two lace pieces to the top glue next cube on top, repeat with next two cubes....until you have cube, lace, cube, lace, cube, lace, cube. Let Dry. Be sure to test the placement of your cubes with your test tube to make sure it will fit nicely next to the cubes. When dry, tie lace pieces around test tube and trim. Add water and flowers. My test tube had a marking/logo on it so I covered that with left over PID Image piece and added some rhinestones.
