Trick or Treat Haunted House Ornament by Gabrielle Madsen

Ingredients:

Various collage sheets as desired ~
Collage Images PID
Die Cut Haunted House from PID
So Safron yellow paper (SU)
Basic Grey classic ink (SU)
Large Scallop Die Cut circle (I used recycled gold colored cardboard)
Black grosgrain ribbon, brads, ink, sponge daubers, and felt trims (all SU)

Method:

Cut out scallop circle shape from chipboard and matching scallop in yellow paper.
Cut out collage images and mount paper words to chipboard or light cardboard. Trim words and distress the edges using sponge dauber and basic grey ink.

Assemble paper scallop to chipboard with two sided adhesive and distress edges. Glue haunted house to front opt: outline the embossed lines with a white or gold gel pen. Punch a hole at top of ornament to thread ribbon. Loop ribbon at top and secure with brads and decorative felt trims. Repeat for the top of the hangar, fold over 1.5” and secure with a brad. Cover the back of the brad with a felt or paper flower if desired.

Mine is going to hang in my studio window for Halloween this year.
